Pastel Youth Scattered Rhinestone Flouncy Skort

The skort has made a comeback and we have it in some fun pastel colors, as well as LOTS of bling!  Skort is made from 90% polyester and 10% spandex for the right amount of stretch.  Elastic waistband for both skirt/short.  We have added plenty of bling with rhinestones across the waistband.  Runs big!  Sizing in YXXS -YXL.  Three colors available.
